Sales Employee Inside (f/m/d)
for our sales team in full-time (40 hrs.).Location: Hamburg
Repaq is an innovative, young company for plastic-free, compostable packaging based in Börnsen near Hamburg and Berlin. With currently around 20 employees, we develop, market and supply sophisticated packaging solutions, particularly for the food industry. Our customers appreciate the leading ecological properties of our products, our extensive know-how in meeting the highest product requirements and our excellent service.
We have set ourselves very ambitious growth targets for the coming years. To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for motivated, experienced sales employees who want to join us in realizing the vision of 100% plastic-free and compostable food packaging with immediate effect.
Responsibilities include
- Order processing from quotation to invoicing
- Production support including scheduling and process monitoring
- Acquisition of new customers in cooperation with the sales force
- Support and advise existing customers
- Filing, documentation and tracking of customer orders
- Ongoing optimisation of all sales related processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
Job profile
- Vocational training in wholesale and foreign trade, as an industrial clerk or freight forwarder
- Several years of work experience in international trade
- Experience in customs clearance, at least in EU and EFTA countries
- Independent, systematic, solution-oriented and customer-focused working style
- Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills
- Ability to cope with the variable stress levels of a start-up company
- Ideally experience in the printing, packaging or paper industry
- Very good written and spoken German and English; Italian and/or French is an advantage
- Confident in the use of MS Office incl. Excel as well as commercially available ERP systems
