Key Account Manager (f/m/d)

Repaq is an innovative, young company for plastic-free, compostable packaging based in Börnsen near Hamburg and Berlin. With currently around 20 employees, we develop, market and supply sophisticated packaging solutions, particularly for the food industry. Our customers appreciate the leading ecological properties of our products, our extensive know-how in meeting the highest product requirements and our excellent service.
We have set ourselves very ambitious growth targets for the coming years. To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for experienced key account managers who want to join us in realizing the vision of 100% plastic-free and compostable food packaging.
Responsibilities include
- Identification and proactive approach of target customers
- Conception of innovative Repaq solutions in close cooperation with the respective target customers
- Management of all customer-related preliminary stages up to the successful start of production
- Full customer support for current orders
- Continuous development of new applications for Repaq solutions for existing customers
Job profile
- Passion for innovative, environmentally friendly packaging solutions
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the packaging industry
- Strong problem solving mindset throughout the process
- Hands-on mentality and strong team spirit
- Talent for winning new customers and successfully growing business with existing customers
- Enthusiasm and passion for dealing with customers
- Fluent business German and English are a must
- Italian and French are a bonus
